Josh's Pasta

Over the past couple of years, my husband jumped in and began cooking on the weeknights when I would work later. He has quite a few good dishes, including a fantastic chicken pie I will include in a future post. This pasta dish is my favorite. It is always tasty and makes for great leftovers. I love it, and am happy to share it with you!

Ingredients: Italian sausage, red, orange, and yellow bell peppers, onion, rotini, olive oil, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese

Step 1: Prepare pasta according to directions. Step 2: Slice sausages into bite size pieces. Sauté in skillet until no longer pink. Step 3: Chop peppers and onions into bite-sized pieces and add to skillet with a drizzle of olive oil. Cook until onions are translucent. Step 4: Add Italian seasoning to mixture to taste. Step 5: Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Serve over pasta. Store leftovers together.
